Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) invites Proposals from prospective Proponents for Application Management Services (“AMS”) for the Ministry of Health.AMS generally describes the services that manage and maintain the Ministry’s IM/IT platforms and application portfolio, which currently includes business applications and other digital tools that support a wide range of Ministry stakeholders, other health care organizations and strategic partners of the Ministry.The scope of the opportunity comprises of operations and solution delivery, including application maintenance, platform management, preventative maintenance, reporting, software development, security management and planning for transformation initiatives on a non-exclusive basis. AMS has three main service categories:  Transition Services, which include Transition-In Services to plan for and attain responsibility to deliver the Base Services and On-Demand Services from the incumbent service provider and Transition-Out Services to ensure a seamless transition of services to another service provider or the Ministry at the end of contract.  Base Services, which generally includes routine services funded through a monthly fee; and On-Demand Services, which are optional services subject to additional funding outside of the Base Fees, at the sole discretion of the Ministry on an “as, if and when” requested basis, subject to statement of works issued by the Ministry.
