Description

the delegatee will provide all the public service missions related to the management, animation and operation (art. I.1 of the contract): the "La coquille" multi-care center in ABSS (20pl), the "La Farandole" daycare center in Béville-Le-Comte (15pl); the "Clapotis" child and parent drop-in center (26pl), located in the Espace Jeunes premises in ABSS; the Early Childhood Relay, which travels around the perimeter of the public service contract, with an office in the Espace Jeunes premises; the after-school care centers (ALSHs) for children aged 3 to 11: the "Aunaynuphar" after-school and after-school care centers in Aunay-Sous-Auneau (75pl), "Les Marronniers" and "Maurice Fanon" in ABSS (106pl), "Les lutins" in Béville-Le-Comte (78pl), the Gué de Longroi day care center (60pl), the Chatenay after-school care center (30pl), and the Saint-Symphorien after-school care center in ABSS (44pl); the "Espace Jeunes" day care center for 12-17 year olds at ABS (48pl); the organization of children's and teenagers' stays
the main missions of the Delegatee are as follows:- to welcome children in the establishments or reception structures, to guarantee their safety, to organize and coordinate the activities of play, awakening and animations within the framework of the educational project of the CCPEIF and the regulatory conditions in force. To this end, the staff of the establishments must be able to carry out their tasks in conditions of safety, hygiene and comfort, by paying constant attention to the children and organizing meals, sleep, rest, body care and play activities in a manner adapted to their needs. To set up a pedagogical project for each delegated structure that is consistent with the CCPEIF's educational project and that constitutes a support for dialogue within the teams and with the families, aiming to improve the quality of care and the conditions for the development of children and young people. To develop partnerships with local institutions and associations, so as to include the childcare facilities in a shared educational approach; - To optimize the use of the services by providing information and promoting activities, by listening carefully to the needs of families and by renewing the range of activities. -Implementing all measures to maintain the approvals, opinions and authorizations necessary for the opening and operation of childcare establishments and structures, and for obtaining financial aid from the Caisse d'allocations familiales (family allowance fund) and, where applicable, from the Mutuelle sociale agricole (agricultural social security fund).to provide families, and in particular the most vulnerable, with support for parenthood;- to manage the services rigorously and to report on them to the delegating authority in complete transparency. The delegatee is obliged to take on all the personnel necessary for the execution of the missions, who were assigned to it by the previous operator, as well as the public agents who were made available by the Ccpeif.
