Description

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of meat, cured meat and animal fats in the quantities and parts specified in section II.1.6. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee the execution of the entire subject of the contract. Actual quantities of the subject matter of the contract delivered by the contractor during the term of the concluded contracts shall depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority.

The subject of the order may not show signs of spoilage, damage and freshen up. Labels are required on each product in accordance with Regulation No 1169/2011 on the labelling of foodstuffs (name of the manufacturer, product name, shelf life, storage conditions, composition and weight, etc.). Poultry pâté CPV 15131310-1 (130 g net weight of alupac) - 1 300 kg;3.2.3.4. Poultry pâté CPV 15131310-1 (300 g net weight of alupac) - 2 850 kg.Orders shall be placed by phone, fax or e-mail three days in advance, deliveries shall be made no more than once a month from Monday to Thursday from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order in the quantities and on the dates specified by the customer together with the original invoice and HDI document. The goods must not show any signs of spoilage, damage or freshen up. Labels are required on each product in accordance with Regulation No. 1169/2011 on the labelling of foodstuffs (manufacturer's name, product name, expiry date, storage conditions, composition and weight, etc.).
