Description
The purpose of the contract is the following activities (Article 6.2 of the tender dossier): Disposal, demolition and landfill of the following materials: - existing piers (207-209-210-211-212-213-215), - ducts serving the preconditioning system (hose reel, telescopic tube and related connection to the PCA). The existing preconditioning unit will not be replaced,- 400Hz cable and related suspension systems at the wharf. The existing converter will not be replaced,- drinking water pipe and relative connection system to the aircraft.Check the suitability of the existing plinths with respect to the new piers and possible design and construction of new foundation works as indicated in paragraph 6.2.1. of the specifications.Verification of the state of the places and dimensions of the spaces also through possible survey of the areas intended for the installation and installation of the works under contract.Supply, installation in a workmanlike manner, testing, commissioning and commissioning according to the design requirements and technical specification of the following systems:- embarkation piers (207-209-210-211-212-213-215),- ducts serving the preconditioning system (automatic hose reel, telescopic tube and relative connection to the PCA),- 400Hz cable and cable reel complete with cable and connector,- drinking water hose and hose reel complete with cable and connector. Protection and targeting of the existing VDGS system. Renovation of the forecourt signs in accordance with paragraph 6.2.2. of the specifications. Drafting of the maintenance plan for the embarkation piers in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the executive project and its delivery to the Customer at the same time as the supply of the systems. Preparation of an illustrative document on spare parts for the pontoons according to the guidelines of the maintenance plan. Maintenance activities of the embarkation piers for the first 24 months of their useful life according to the requirements of the maintenance plan guidelines.
