Description
The subject of the contract is to provide medical security services for the operation of the airport operating in the 12th BBSP in accordance with the instructions for the organisation of flights in the Polish Armed Forces aviation (RL-2016, IOL-2016) chapter 3 airport logistics § 27 medical security of the airport, including medical security of flights performed in the 12th BBSP airport in Mirosławiec, and security of program training conducted in the 12th BBSP in 2019. (i.e. OPBMR training, physical education examinations, shooting training). Medical protection will be provided by a team consisting of a doctor, medical rescuer and lifeguard-driver, equipped with a sanitary vehicle (knowledge of the topography of the area and access roads to hospitals in Wałcz, Drawsko Pomorskie). The sanitary vehicle must meet the technical and quality characteristics specified in the Polish standards transposing the European harmonised standards. The current standard in this field is: Polish Standard PN-EN 1789:2015 "Medical vehicles and their equipment - road ambulances". This standard defines the requirements for the construction, testing, performance and equipment of road ambulances used for the transport and care of patients, as well as the requirements for the patient compartment. The Polish Standard PN-EN 1789:2015 specifies the requirements for the categories of road ambulances determined on the basis of the increasing level of treatment that can be performed. Therefore, an ambulance that will secure Miroslawiec airport medically must be a "C" type ambulance. The sanitary vehicle must have the approval of the competent Ministry for the use of light and sound signals. Type C: mobile intensive care unit Emergency ambulance - a road ambulance designed and equipped for transport, advanced treatment and patient monitoring. The requirements concerning medical equipment of a specialised means of transport are included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract. All quality standards related to the performance of the subject matter of the contract have been specified in Appendix 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix 5 to the ToR - Draft Contract. The time of medical protection is from Monday 8:00 a.m. to Friday 8:00 p.m., with the reservation that it may be extended to 7 days a week, depending on the needs and at the request of the Ordering Party.
