Bangladesh - Air conditioned truck

Description

The purpose of air conditioning truck is to create and maintain the desired climatic conditions in cockpit, compartments and interior of aircraft equipment (radar and electric/instrument) for C-130J, Yak-130 and MiG-29 ac.

It must have:
- minimum 20 ton capacity
- an air supply of 1,500 kg/hour
- 2 compressors

The truck should:
- be able to provide cooling for 2 aircraft at a time
- have an outlet air temperature of 10 plus minus 5 degree Celsius
- have an out let air pressure of a minimum 0.3 kg/cm2 measured at the outlet of an air pipe of 2,000 mm diameter
- have air that is moisture free
- a main pipe-diameter of 200 mm and 10 metres length
- connect mouthpieces to main pipe-diameter 100 mm, 5 meters in length

Diesel generator should have:
- capacity of 150 KVA or more
- rated voltage of 400 plus minus, 3 phases
- a water/air cooling system
- 50 Hz rated frequency
- continuous operation
- output rated voltage phase of 200 plus minus 0.5 voltage in alternating current

The engine for the generator should have:
- a diesel engine
- 190 horse power or more
- 6 cylinders
- 4 strokes
- engine displacement: 5,900 cc or more
- capacity of each battery should be a minimum 150 AH each battery
- fuel tank capacity: not less than 200 litres
- fuel consumption: 25 litres/hour or less

The truck should have:
- a diesel engine
- 200 horse power
- 6 cylinders
- 4 stroke engine
- an engine displacement of 8,000 cc or more
- a cooling system that is water cooled/air cooled
- 2 by 12V DC batteries
- a minimum capacity 60 AH each battery
- a fuel tank capacity of not less than 170 litres
- a fuel consumption of 8 km/litres or more
