Description

The subject of the contract is the modernization of the ventilation and dedusting system in the sorting hall for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami "Eko-Mazury" sp. z o.o.2. In the part of waste management (sorting hall) technologies are used that extract air from different parts of the hall, including sorting cabins (3 pieces). There is also a supply air technology (heating and cooling). The applied technologies of dust removal from the sorting hall and the technologies of mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation, especially in the part of the feed and initial segregation cabin, are insufficient due to the specific composition of the atmosphere of the waste sorting hall and very high dustiness especially in the above mentioned parts of the hall.3: Waste Disposal Plant, Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk, sorting plant building of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami "Eko-Mazury" sp. z o.o.".
The material scope includes the following works:1) the contractor will present a design of an effective dust extraction and ventilation system (supply and exhaust) in the waste reception hall - "feed", pre-separation cabin No. 100 and fan replacement, together with the selection of appropriate equipment, taking into account the energy capacity of the plant (electrical design), strength and structural calculations of the hall. Structural elements (fastening) made of stainless material (steel);2) design and execution of an autonomous compressed air system, i.e. a compressor adapted to work 24/24 h + compressed air installation + electrical installation and compressor room casing. The system is to be located in a place that does not interfere with the operation of the installation. The possibility of later connection of the system to the monitoring in the Technology Control Centre must be ensured;3) the technology offered must ensure the elimination of dusts, odors and toxic substances in the extracted air in the part of the feeder and the pre-separation cabin. The ventilation system must improve conditions of safety, hygiene and ergonomics of work in accordance with applicable requirements. The contractor is responsible for all arrangements concerning sanitary and hygienic matters;4) the workmanship concerns the following areas: the feed hall, the initial sorting cabin and the replacement of the fan. The contractor shall be obliged to deliver the equipment in accordance with the project in the scope of the feed, initial sorting cabin and fan, start-up of the whole technology, training and measurements of the flow and efficiency of the system;5) the contractor shall be obliged to carry out the above mentioned modernization without suspending the work of the technological line and not disturbing the normal mode of work of the sorting plant - work hours to be agreed with the ordering party;6) replacement of the fan responsible for effective ventilation of the sorting plant and maintaining underpressure in the composting plant hall together with the installation, inverters, ducts and adjustment of the existing ventilation and control channel. The fan is to have higher parameters than at present (currently: 34 000 m3 /h/3 000 Pa);7) broadcasting in the sorting plant hall (cubic capacity) 8 574 m3 / 600 m2: modular ventilation and dedusting system with a capacity of 20 000 m3/h prepared for the possibility of subsequent connection of e.g. odor neutralizer, a complete system of equipment with internal and external ventilation ducts (installation, silencer, fan) together with the intake, throttles and control, dust collector. The dust extraction system in the part of the sorting hall, i.e. the feeder cannot interfere with the normal mode of operation, freedom of waste unloading and loading to both devices on the feeder, i.e. a bag entertainer and a shredder;8) a pre-sorting cabin for initial segregation No. 100 (cubic capacity) 105 m3/30 m2. The contractor's task will be to supply air to the serviced sorting cabin no. 100 with 100% fresh air, ensure the required multiplication of air changes, appropriate air extraction and maintaining appropriate microclimate conditions both in summer and winter (the air handling unit equipped with a heater and a freon cooler) according to the regulations governing these parameters. The supply system must not be directly above the employee, it is to ensure comfort of work, and the exhaust system must not interfere with manual activities in the sorting cabins.5 Detailed information:1) municipal waste sorting hall:- length of the building: 100,47 m,- width of the building: 41.28 m,- height of the building (ridge): 14.29 m,- usable height of the hall: 10.0 m,- gross volume of the building: 54,745.00 m3,- building area: 4,147.40 m2,- net area of the building: 4 031.47 m2,- ground floor 22.32 m2 + 3 983.70 m2: 4 006,02 m2,- 1 floor (sanitary complex with control room): 24,35 m2,- area and volume index: W=Pn/VX100%= 7,36%.
