Description:

CISSS de la Montérégie-Est wishes to proceed with the construction of a parking lot on the Pierre-Boucher Hospital site in Longueuil, in the context of major upcoming expansion work.

In the current version, the new parking lot will be built on a portion of the hospital site located between CPE Pierre-Boucher and Chemin du Tremblay. The geometry of the proposed parking lot is optimized to include as many parking spaces as possible. Current municipal regulations have been consulted to ensure that the proposed parking geometry is compliant. The planned number of parking spaces is in the order of +/- 300 spaces.

Stage 1: Demolition work;

Stage 2: Roadwork for parking;

Stage 3: Site development work;

Stage 4: Storm sewer work;

Stage 5: Electrical work;

The Project Manager issues a public call for tenders for professional services to carry out construction work on the above-mentioned project.

This call for tenders is open to professionals from the bank of candidates pre-selected during the call for qualification tenders, SA-191125-ME (SEAO reference #: 1333465) "Banque de frimes de services professionnels pour la réalisation de divers mandats dans le cadre de l'enveloppe budgétaire 2019-2022".

The Project Manager's tender documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system SÉAO.

Successful bidders will be commissioned to perform the professional services described in the document entitled "Description of Mandate".

Bidders must submit an offer of services for the following specialty:

- Building civil engineering

In addition, all bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents listed in the documents provided.

Complaints Management

The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Est (CISSSME) has adopted a Complaint Management Procedure in accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RLRQ, c. C-65.1). The TENDERER or any Person having an interest within the meaning of the Act may file a complaint with the CISSS de la Montérégie-Est regarding this Request for Proposals.

Only bidders with a permanent place of business in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable governmental agreement, clearly identified in their name and accessible during normal business hours, are eligible to submit a service offer.

A bidder registered in the register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not yet expired, is not eligible to submit an offer of services.
