Canada - Acquisition of telephone sets and expansion cards

~~As part of the project to relocate the staff of Retraite Québec to the offices located at Place de la Cité located at 2600 boul. Laurier, Quebec, Retirement Quebec is interested in acquiring additional phones and expansion cards.
Retraite Québec's telephone platform supports its telephone communications, whether for administrative purposes or to serve its clients.
This telephony platform is based on three Avaya CS1000E telephone switches (PBXs) that connect Retiite Québec phones to the public switched telephone network.
Retraite Québec wishes to acquire four hundred (400) CS1000 digital phones (refurbished) (for PBX), twenty-five (25) CS1000 digital expansion cards (for PBX).
~~Telephones must be delivered no later than September 30, 2019. The opening date for submissions is September 20, 2019 before 2:00 p.m.
