CALL FOR TENDERS BASED ON VALUE FOR MONEY
TENDER TITLE
Acquisition of object storage solution and file access gateways
MANDATE DESCRIPTION
Revenu Québec requires a supplier for the acquisition of an object storage solution including file access gateways. In addition, the supplier will be required to provide support services for implementation and data migration, training, support and maintenance of the solution.
Services and deliveries will be carried out in Quebec City and Drummondville.
The contract is for a period of three years.
OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents are available from the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO).
RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS
Bids must be marked in the tender documents and sent to the following address:

no later than November 4, 2024 at 2 p.m., local time, to the attention of Geneviève Gaudreau.
Bids will be opened publicly by teleconference at 2 p.m. local time on November 6, 2024. It is also possible to attend in person by presenting yourself at 1:50 p.m. at the reception desk located at the security station near the gates, mentioning your first and last name, the title and number of the call for tenders. A security officer will contact the designated contact person to escort you to the dedicated room.
SUPPLIERS ELIGIBLE TO BID
Only qualified suppliers with an establishment in Quebec or one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and who have obtained the tender documents distributed by SEAO are eligible to submit a bid.
QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
No requirement
LIMITATION
Any supplier who has contributed directly or indirectly to the preparation and/or drafting of this invitation to tender may not bid on it or otherwise participate in the performance of the work provided for in the resulting contract. For greater certainty, this limitation also applies to any subcontractor of the supplier as well as to any person related to and/or controlled, directly or indirectly, in any way whatsoever by the supplier or any subcontractor.
Any bidder subject to this limitation who submits an offer of services in response to this call for tenders will automatically be declared ineligible.
COMPLAINT AND DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE
A complaint may be lodged if the current call for tenders documents provide for conditions that do not ensure fair and equitable treatment of competitors, do not allow competitors to participate even though they are qualified to meet the needs expressed, or do not otherwise comply with the normative framework.

Revenu Québec does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, even the one with the lowest adjusted price.
