Canada - Acquisition of IT professional services for Concordia's SAP solutions

For more than 3 years, Concordia University has been operating all the administrative solutions to be implemented in the fall of 2021 as part of the Unity project, including the following IT solutions: SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP S4/HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Sodales Solutions, and WorkForce Software. These solutions are operated on a hybrid model, with data hosted in an in-house data center for the SAP S/4HANA solution, and in the cloud for the rest of the solutions.

The successful Bidder will work in Concordia's Information and Instructional Technologies (IT) department and report to the Administrative Ecosystem Manager (the "Concordia Manager"), whose team supports financial, human resources and procurement solutions. The Concordia team is made up of 4 developers, 4 functional analysts, 1 environment analyst (Basis) and 1 security analyst.

This team ensures the stability, security and evolution of the administrative solutions for its internal partners, which are made up of several other support teams located within the Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and IT departments.

In addition to providing a team to fill the roles indicated, the successful Bidder must be able to support all the solutions under management in the IT administrative solutions support team, the list of which is included in article REF _Ref183782113 \r \h 1.1 08D0C9EA79F9BACE118C8200AA004BA90B02000000080000000E0000005F00520065006600310038003700380032003100310033000000 (Solutions implemented at Concordia) below. The expertise required includes the work of developers, integrators, solutions, architects, functional analysts, environment managers and security and access analysts. The successful Bidder shall provide support resources that will join the existing operational model. These resources will perform their tasks and follow-ups in a context following the Agile methodology.

The successful bidder will provide the reports listed below, as well as a weekly operational monitoring report to track achievements and report hours worked. Monthly and quarterly strategic meetings will be held to monitor the performance of assigned resources and ensure optimization of this agreement.
