CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches wishes to enter into a contract for the acquisition of furniture for the new local service points in St-Georges, Lévis-Ouest and Montmagny.

This notice does not include any renewal or extension options.

CLOSING OF TENDERS AND SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Bids will be received up to the date and time indicated on the notice or any subsequent addendum. Bids may be submitted electronically via the SEAO only.

The name and address of the bidder and the tender number must be written on the outside of the envelope.

TENDER OPENING
Tenders will be opened by designated CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches personnel immediately after closing at the place, date and time indicated in the tender document. The bid opening is open to the public.

ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid.

COMPLIANCE
The goods proposed in the bid must comply with the description or technical requirements in the specifications. If the bidder is unable to comply with any of the technical requirements, the bidder should contact the file manager to check whether an alternative can be found by issuing an addendum.
