The principal of this Public Bidding is the Local Public Education Service of Llanquihue, whose address for all purposes of this call for bids is Cristino Winkler Street N° 410, second floor, commune of Frutillar, Los Lagos Region, represented by

Claudia Carolina Trillo Molina, Executive Director, appointed according to Supreme Decree N°008, dated January 09, 2020 of the Government of Chile.
In accordance with the regulations of the Public Procurement Law Nº19.886 and the corresponding Decree Nº250, which establishes the regulations and its modifications, the Local Public Education Service of Llanquihue calls for a Public Bidding addressed to natural or legal persons, companies and suppliers of the area, or temporary unions of suppliers. The purpose of this bidding is the acquisition of different equipment to be used in the delivery of the educational service at the Liceo Chileno-Aleman of Frutillar.
The Administrative Bases and its Technical Bases establish the conditions that will govern the bidding and the subsequent contract to be entered into, in order to comply with this objective.
