The CENTRE INTÉGRÉ UNIVERSITAIRE DE SANTÉ ET DE SERVICES SOCIAUX DU CENTRE-SUD-DE-L'ÎLE-DE-MONTRÉAL, a legal person under public law duly constituted in accordance with the Act respecting health services and social services, RLRQ c S-4.2, having its principal place of business at 1560 Sherbrooke East, in the city of Montreal, province of Quebec, H2L 4M1,
Desires to issue a call for tenders for a 36-month standing order contract for the purchase of commercial washer extractors and dryers for sites belonging to CIUSSS DU CENTRE-SUD-DE-L'ÎLE-DE-MONTRÉAL:

Front-loading washer-extractors
Commercial dryer
Commercial stacked front-load washer-extractors
Commercial stacked dryer
Pedestal

METHOD OF AWARD: Lowest compliant price. Standing order contract with a single SUPPLIER.

Tender opening :
Bids will be publicly opened on July 4, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. via TEAMS videoconference, in the presence of a witness, at 1560 Sherbrooke Street East, Notre-Dame Hospital, Lachapelle Pavilion, Local TS2310, Aile T 2nd basement, Montreal, Quebec, H2L 4M1.
Bids may also be submitted electronically. In this case, transmission may only be made via the electronic tendering system (SEAO), at the following address: https://www.seao.ca
If the TENDERER chooses to submit its Tender electronically, the provisions of the submission rules must be adapted to take account of the provisions in the tender documents.
To submit a Bid electronically, the TENDER must first complete the document entitled "Declaration concerning the reproduction of documents submitted electronically" available on the SEAO. This form must be completed and digitally signed by the person transmitting the TENDER electronically via the SEAO.
Contract documents will be distributed via SEAO.
No bid security is required as part of the tender.
