CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE-NATIONALE is issuing a public call for tenders to acquire the services of Ressources professionnelles en technologie de l'information.

Contract period and award :

The Contract, for a period of ONE (1) year, is subject to TWO (2) renewal options of ONE (1) year each, bringing the total duration of the Contract to THREE (3) years, under the same terms and conditions as this call for tenders.

The mandate will commence on the contract award date, as agreed between the parties.

Tender guarantee

No bid security is required for this call for tenders.

Receipt of bids

Tenders, accompanied by all required documents, must be received in a sealed envelope no later than Monday, November 25, 2024, before 2 p.m., at 2915, avenue du Bourg-Royal, Québec (Québec) G1C 3S2. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Tender documents can only be obtained through the SE@O electronic tendering system at www.seao.ca or at 514-856-6600 for residents of the Montreal region, and toll-free at 1-866-669-7326 for residents outside Montreal.

Tender opening

CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale will hold a Bid opening on November 25, 2024 at 2:15 pm. The Teams link will be sent by addendum.

Date of submission (DDP) :

The deadline for submitting complaints (DDP) to the Public Organization is November 11, 2024.
