ACQUISITION OF AN INTEGRATED ROUTING SOLUTION,
CONVERSION AND VISUALIZATION

The Commission is seeking a Supplier who can provide an integrated Solution for the routing, conversion and visualization of printouts and the services related to such Solution described herein. This integrated solution should allow the transfer and reception of print files from the central system (IBM Z12 System) and the distributed Windows environment. In addition, the Integrated Solution must meet the Specifications set out in Appendix X hereof and must be integrated into the Commission's technological environment as set out in Appendix XIII hereof.
The Bidder must take into account that the acquisition of the Products and the provision of the Services are carried out in accordance with these Tender Documents and in compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Contract attached as Annex IX and that no volume, quantity or exclusivity commitment is made by the Commission.
All the conditions of this Call for Bids are contained in the Bidding Document, which may be obtained as of April 24, 2019 through SÉ@O.
The time, date and place for the submission of bids are fixed before 10:00 am (local time) on May 14, 2019 at the following address:
