Canada - Acquisition of a remote monitoring platform

Public body :

As part of its digital transformation and its desire to prioritize ambulatory care, CHUM wishes to acquire a remote monitoring platform to monitor patients at home and offer them a more personalized and efficient care experience.

Authorization to contract issued by L'AMP :

Any company wishing to conclude a service or construction contract with a public body must, if the contract involves an expenditure equal to or greater than the applicable thresholds determined by the government, be authorized on the date it submits its bid. In the case of a consortium, each company must be individually authorized at this date.

The value of the contract, including net taxes, must be taken into account when determining the need for a contractual authorization. For CHUM contracts, the applicable thresholds, including net taxes, are as follows:

Threshold: $946,182

Applicable thresholds for construction contracts :

Threshold: $4,730,911

Bid opening: July 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of a witness at the Bid Receiving Location immediately following the time and date set for the receipt of bids.
