Purchase of a new snow removal truck and equipment

The Municipality of Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle is requesting bids for the purchase of a new snow removal truck and equipment.

Purpose of the contract: The Municipality of Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle wishes to proceed with the purchase of a new snow removal truck and its equipment in order to carry out various tasks within the scope of its seasonal operations.
Tender forms and documents setting out the conditions to be met or known are contained in the call for tenders document, which is available from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 1 514-856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.ca . Documents may be obtained at the cost established by SEAO.
Tender opening date: November 2, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.

Tender location: Hôtel de Ville, 116, rang Saint-Claude, Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Québec J0J 1V0.

Tenders received will be publicly opened at 2:05 p.m. on the same day.

A bid security of 10% of the bid price must accompany the bid.

The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality of Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
