Description

This public contract is a single-awarded composite framework agreement corresponding to: - Part of an ordinary lump-sum contract detailed in the Breakdown by global lump-sum price (DPGF) and covering regular housekeeping services. And - As part of a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount relating to additional one-off housekeeping services as well as the supply and delivery of products (cleaning products, consumables, disposable supplies, materials, etc.), defined in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) and carried out as and when required. The estimated amount for this part is EUR 10 000 excluding VAT.
The purpose of this public contract is the housekeeping of the buildings of the Town of Chelles and its Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS). An order grouping agreement has been drawn up in connection with this public contract. This grouping includes the town and its CCAS. In accordance with Article L. 2113-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, the agreement entrusts the City of Chelles with the exclusive task of concluding the framework agreement. Thus, each member of the grouping is then responsible for the monitoring and execution of its public contract. The town of Chelles is therefore the coordinator of the grouping of orders for the entire procedure.
