Price: 65% (5 pts.)
Reaction time: 10 % (1.5 points)
Organisation and personnel concept: 25 % (3.5 points)
An object inspection is possible on 09.10.19 at 10:00 clock (meeting point entrance).

Remuneration:

For the tender documents, the above-mentioned fee will be charged, which will be credited to the account of the customer at Sparkasse Jena, IBAN DE 58830 530300 000033 030 BIC-/SWIFT-Code before collection or dispatch of the documents: HELA DE F1 JEN with the payment reason 14 02 07. and the remark "A 02516/2019". The paid-in fee will not be refunded. Cheques will not be accepted!
The award documents are also made available by the awarding authority on the homepage www.kij.de . If the tender documents are independently downloaded electronically by the tenderer, no fee shall be payable.

Obligation of the tenderer to provide independent information on changes to the tender documents:

Insofar as the tender documents are made available on the homepage www.kij.de/ausschreibungen, all changes and bidder enquiries plus their replies will also be posted there by the awarding authority. The tenderer who downloads the tender documents without registering (no contact details) is obliged to inform himself independently and to ensure that his tender contains the current version of the tender documents.

It should be noted that tenders are excluded on the basis of outdated tender documents within the framework of procurement law regulations.

It is also possible to register voluntarily on the homepage www.kij.de/ausschreibungen under the corresponding lot. As soon as the registration has been completed, all changes and bidder enquiries, together with their replies, will be sent to the bidder at the registered e-mail address.
The tender documents will only be sent against proof of payment to the client from 09.09.2019. They can also be picked up daily from 09:00 - 12:00. In this case we ask you to register by telephone one day before pickup. The documents will only be dispatched up to the 4th working day before the opening date. Requests to be sent by post will no longer be processed after this deadline. Tenders must be submitted to the contracting authority by the opening date.
