The entire length of Geibelstrasse in Hanover between Rudolf-von-Bennigsen-Ufer and Geibelplatz is to be completely renewed. The eastern construction section tendered here extends between Sallstraße and Geibelplatz. In the run-up to the planned road expansion, the sewers are to be completely relocated from the ancillary facilities to the future roadway area. All planned house connection sewers must be newly laid from the new sewers to the property boundary and connected to the existing connection pipes at the same height. It should be noted that all manholes must be constructed in such a way that the difference between the existing height (G) and the final installation height (D) can be compensated for after the road has been extended by the subsequent installation or removal of an extension ring. In the final state, the difference between the final construction height (D) and the first stirrup must not exceed 50 cm. The shafts are to be constructed in such a way that a maximum of one compensation ring remains for the later final state. Approx. 1000 m³ of excavated soil must be temporarily stored for backfilling and 1100 m³ will be temporarily stored for disposal. 1500 m² are to be used as an excavation pit in accordance with DIN 4124 and 500 m² shoring with steel sheet piles. Approx. 310 m of vitrified clay pipes are required
