CALL FOR TENDERS FOR SERVICES OF A TECHNICAL NATURE
RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS IN QUEBEC
FILE NO.: 6703-18-PB01 Clearing of Route 389 between Baie-Comeau and Jean-Lesage generating station (Manic 2) from km 0 to km 22 in the municipality of Baie-Comeau, MRC de Manicouagan, electoral district of René-Lévesque.
The estimated amount1 of the contract is between $1,000,000 and $4,999,999.99.
This contract is covered by the agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Quebec; New Building Canada Fund - Provincial-Territorial Infrastructure Component - National and Regional Projects - Umbrella Agreement for Transportation Projects.
Only bids submitted by service providers with an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and possessing the required qualifications will be considered.

Bid security required:
- 10% of the bid amount (bond) OR
- 5% of the bid amount (certified or certified cheque, money order, draft or
irrevocable letter of guarantee)
