Description

WLC Planning for Community Consolidation project includes decanting the Gateway program, home health services, and maternity clinic currently located at CMH and relocating to a community-based location. The intent is to maximize the use of existing IH-leased spaces and locate the services such that an integrated, effective service delivery configuration is achieved. As such, priority should be given to a solution that involves reconfiguring and utilizing existing lease space.The scope of this project includes the development of a functional program (FP) report and space planning/block diagrams which Capital Planning and Projects (CP&P) will develop in collaboration with clinical leads, site staff, and other members of the project team. The FP will build off the clinical services plan (CSP), developed by the clinical program, and translate the new service plan into a room list with functional descriptions for each space/program area. Specifically, the FP will include:• Background and need;• Future service delivery;• Support services;• Future state flow map;• Key adjacencies;• Workload and space requirements;• Staffing summary;• Design considerations; and• Space requirements.IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract For the purposes of this procurement process, all enquiries must be made via Bids & Tenders.
