Description

The Owner wishes to retain the services of a qualified Roofing Contractor to work with the Owner, its Consultant (Rimkus) to successfully complete the project. The contractor is to provide all labour, material and equipment to remove, supply and install all necessary membrane roofing systems and complete all carpentry, metal flashings including related works as per drawings and consultant specifications attached at the sites listed above. All installations and modifications are to be as per the drawings and specifications and must conform to all the related Codes, By-law regulation, and requirements of the Authorities having jurisdiction.2.1 Project ScopeThe Contractor shall furnish all labour, materials and equipment necessary to remove all existing membrane roofs and to complete all carpentry, metal flashings and membrane application as specified herein and re-roof all flat areas noted on the attached roof plans and specifications.
