A Request to Pre-Qualify (RTP) for Prime Contractors and Underground Contractors process has been completed prior to issuance of these Bid Documents. Only Bids from the pre-qualified Prime contractors shall be opened.  Any Bids received from companies that are not pre-qualified shall be returned to the Bidder unopenedElectronic PDF copies of Bids with the subject line “BID: CONTRACTOR, Morin Lake, Water Treatment Plant Upgrade, ISC Project No. CT621” shall be received by AECOM Canada Ltd. by emailed to:Saskatoon.Reception@aecom.com, before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on June 27, 2024. Only electronic Bid submissions from successfully qualified bidders will be accepted. Emails will not be opened before 2:00:00 p.m.. Should an issue occurring opening the Bid, bidders will be notified within one hour of opening the bids. Bids will be opened publicly at the office of AECOM, 200-2100 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK. The Work generally comprises of:Expansion of the building and reservoirNew well development and existing well decommissioning Underground pipeline constructionCivil works including site preparation and grading, access road and parking lot, hard and soft landscaping, fencing and gates, and overall site restoration.Construction of new biological filtration treatment system. Upgrades and replacement to mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.The work is located within the Morin Lake Indian Reserve No. 217.Only Bids from the following Prime Contactors who were shortlisted through the pre-qualification process will be accepted:Alpha Construction Inc. Industra Construction Corp.Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd. Hipperson Construction Company Ltd. Kelsey Pipelines Ltd.  Bid submissions from Prime Contractors may only include use of qualified subcontractors listed below for mechanical and electrical scopes. Qualified Electrical Subcontractors:Alpha Construction Inc.Flyer Electric LPHumboldt Electric LimitedQualified Mechanical Subcontractors:Alpha Construction Inc.Industra Construction Corp. Interwest Mechanical Ltd.Copies of the Bid Documents in electronic format will be issued to successfully qualified prime contractors and subcontractors.
