This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN, 46240 to identify sources that can provide and install a Motorola ASTRO 25 K2 Core Radio Network Infrastructure for the VA Indianapolis Healthcare System, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46202.

The vendor shall provide all necessary items to replace an existing RF infrastructure with a Motorola ASTRO 25 Conventional K2 Core Radio System: two Conventional GCP 8000 Site Controllers, Two GGM 8000 Site Gateways, Two Aruba 2930-24 LAN Switches, Two Backhaul Switches, One High Capacity Enhanced Conventional Gateway (CCGW), One PC Workstation for the Configuration Manager

, Two UHF P25 digital GTR 8000 repeaters, one for Engineering Channel, and one for Police Channel

, 10 UHF Receive-only GPW 8000 receivers to enhance in-building reception (five receivers for each channel), Four MCC 7500 Dispatch Operator Positions, Eight stand-alone, locally controlled UHF APX 7500 Consolettes to be placed in various offices, Four 7/800 MHz APX 7500 Consolettes to replace existing XTL5000 or similar consolettes for interoperability, New antennas and transmission lines for the repeaters. (Inside receivers will re-use existing antenna systems), Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS) for the Core, repeaters, receivers and consoles, Spares.

This equipment will need to be delivered to the eye clinic and requires professional installation by your technician.
