Only bids submitted by bidders with an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements will be considered.

The estimated value of the contract is less than $1 million.

The bidder must hold a certificate of registration to the applicable ISO standard (or an attestation of certification).

Such a document must be issued by a registrar accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) or by an accreditation body that is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) group of multilateral agreements, whose scope covers the performance of the services sought.
