York Region District School Board and York Catholic District School Board are seeking Proposals for Pest Control and Wildlife Removal Services. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for Pest Control and Wildlife Removal Services on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Boards to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs.The Boards spend approximately $135,000 per year for Pest Control and Wildlife Removal Services.  This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. Proponents are hereby invited to propose the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the services requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications, download Addendums and to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System. Late Bids shall not be accepted by the Bidding System.
