Description

The contract covers the following services: acquisition of a didactic production line.

The aim of the contract is to acquire and install a didactic production line within the IO (Industrial Organization) team of the GMP department of the IUT Lyon1.

The production line will enable students to assemble products at several workstations, following a variety of assembly sequences. Through these workstations, students will be able to tackle analysis tools linked to the following themes:
- Flow management
- Continuous improvement
- Supply management
- Production line management
- MES (Manufacturing Excution System) integration for Industry 4.0 evolution
The change in line configuration and the modularity of workstations should enable students to put into practice the various solutions they may envisage to resolve the problems linked to the issues mentioned above.

The production line will be technically and pedagogically integrated into the practical work of the IO (Industrial Organization) team:
- Meet the educational objectives of the BUT GMP and Licences Professionnelles courses;
- Match the skills of the GMP department's technical and teaching teams;
- Be digitally compatible with the digital environment of Lyon1's IUT GMP;
- Integrate with existing infrastructures, in terms of available space, energy and fluids, while respecting HSE constraints.
