United States - 24 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors

This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0142 is to provide 24 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors and Installation and Extraction equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.
The associated NAICS is 334513 (“Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables”) with a small business size standard of under 750 employees. The applicable PSC is 6685 (“Pressure, Temperature, and Humidity Measuring and Controlling Instruments”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.  
It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award. We require Sentek “Drill and Drop Bluetooth” brand products (or equivalent).

Questions are due by or before 2:00 PM CT on Friday, May 31, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation.
A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 2:00 PM CT on Wednesday, June 05, 2024.
