SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. on February 28, 2024. Only bids submitted by bidders who participate in this visit will be declared eligible.
To participate in this visit, please confirm your presence to the MELCCFP representative before February 27, 2024 at 12 p.m. in order to gain access to the site. The bidder must e-mail the MELCCFP representative the name of the representative, a maximum of one (1) person, to obtain authorization to access the site. After the visit, the bidder will receive a certificate of attendance. This accreditation must be submitted with the bid. If no bidder confirms his presence, the visit will be cancelled.

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS
Tenders for this invitation to tender must be submitted by 2 p.m. local time on March 12, 2024.
Hard copy bids must be addressed to the attention of the Bid Inbox and received at the following address:

SERVICE PROVIDERS ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT BIDS
Only qualified service providers with an establishment in Quebec or in territories covered by applicable agreements are eligible to submit bids.

BID SECURITY IN THE AMOUNT :
Equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid if the guarantee is in the form of a bond and equivalent to 5% of the amount of the bid, if the guarantee is in another form (a certified cheque, a money order, a draft, an irrevocable letter of guarantee).

THE MINISTRY DOES NOT UNDERTAKE TO ACCEPT ANY OF THE BIDS RECEIVED, EVEN THE LOWEST COMPLIANT BID.
