Supply of cash register printers

Loto-Québec is seeking proposals for the supply of cash register printers.
Proposals must be received electronically at the following address: depot.soumissions-propositions@loto-quebec.com.
All terms and conditions of this call for proposals are contained herein.
Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
To be eligible to submit a proposal, applicants must meet the following criteria, failing which their proposal will be automatically rejected:

Have obtained the call for proposals document via the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system "SEAO";
Hold a valid Attestation de Revenu Québec, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for proposals. If the applicant does not hold such an attestation, he/she must provide the "Absence of Establishment in Quebec" form attached to Section E - "Proposal Form" of this document, if he/she does not have an establishment in Quebec where he/she carries out his/her activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his/her name and accessible during normal business hours;
Not be registered in the Register of Companies Not Eligible for Public Contracts (RENA);
Have, as of the proposal submission date, five (5) years' experience in the distribution, manufacture or production of cash register and/or lottery system printers. In this regard, Loto-Québec may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the proposer, its parent company or a company resulting from the merger of the proposer, one of its subsidiaries or its parent company.

Loto-Québec does not undertake to accept the lowest or any other proposal received, and will select the proposal that best meets its needs.
