**** This Document is Electronic Bid Submission Only **** In 2023 the Town of Pelham completed a Stormwater Management Facility Needs Program on all of its stormwater management facilities. The study identified maintenance and rehabilitation recommendations for each of the assets.  The Timber Creek Stormwater Management facility was identified as having the highest priority with regards to rehabilitation and maintenance work.  The Timber Creek Stormwater Management Facility is a wet pond facility with a as-constructed permanent pool volume of 272 m3.  Based on the condition assessment completed in 2023 the permanent pool volume is almost completely full of sediment resulting in limited standing water for water quality treatment. Study Area and Context: The Timber Creek Stormwater Management Facility is located at 2 Steflar Street in the Town of Pelham (Fonthill). Project Objectives: This Request for Proposal is for the engineering services required to complete the detailed design, prepare tender documents, and provide contract administration and inspection services for the remediation project. This design assignment is scheduled to be completed in Q2 of 2024, and Pelham Town Council schedules construction of the works for the summer of 2024 pending budget approval.
