Overview of Project:This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (“North Cowichan” or the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Residential Curbside Recycling Service January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).Prospective respondents are invited to submit proposals to provide bi-weekly, residential curbside recycling collection service including delivery to the Recycle BC (RBC) designated processor, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B).The Owner invites tenders for:Residential Curbside Recycling Service January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
