The Town of Drumheller is seeking a qualified vendor to design, construct, and deliver a parade float that will represent our community at major local events and parades. The float must be durable, safe, and stable enough to withstand outdoor conditions and transport to various event locations.Once the design is selected, the winning vendor will be responsible for the full construction of the float, using high-quality, durable materials to ensure the float’s longevity and safe operation. The vendor will be responsible for transporting the completed float to the Town of Drumheller’s Operations Facility/Public Works Yard at 702 Premiere Way, Drumheller, Alberta.A detailed cost breakdown is required from the vendor, covering the construction, materials, protective cover and transportation costs. Vendors should ensure the float is built to meet safety standards while remaining on budget and on schedule.The Town of Drumheller is looking for a vendor with experience in parade float design and construction, capable of producing a float that represents the town’s unique identity while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and creativity.
