Invitation:The Corporations of The City of Penticton, District of Summerland, Town of Oliver, Town of Osoyoos, and Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen, collectively referred to as the Participants (“the Participants”), request the submission of Proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide Automated Collection Services for residential Garbage, Recycling, Yard Waste, and Mixed Food and Yard Waste, and Manual Collection Services of unlimited Yard Waste and Large Items.  Optionally, Respondents may provide pricing for Semi-Automated Collection Services for residential Garbage, Recycling, Yard Waste, and Mixed Food and Yard Waste, and Manual Collection Services of unlimited Yard Waste and Large Items, for a portion of the Participants.  RFP Documents:RFP documents are available for download at no charge at the City of Penticton’s Bonfire portal, located at: https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portalThe RFP documents set out: The details of the required services that the Participants are seeking, as further described in the RFP, Part A: The Services; The process for submission, evaluation and award of the Agreement; The proposed terms and conditions of the Agreement; and The forms which outline the information a Respondent should submit in their Proposal. Submission of ProposalsTo be considered, Proposals must be submitted via the City of Penticton’s Bonfire portal, available at https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal, in accordance with the instructions in the RFP. Proposals must be received no later than the RFP Closing Date and Time. It is solely the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Proposal is received on time.
