The areas on which the services are provided are at risk of subsidence and subsidence flow
Type and scope of the service:

Recultivation, maintenance and management of forestry land on individual plots. In total, the following services must be provided:
- Production of forestry land (plantations of conifers and deciduous trees) by machine and manually on approx. 20 ha in 21 sub-areas
- Warranty and growth care until 2022, optionally until 2023
- Control and maintenance of game fences approx. 7,500 m
- Production of intermediate green areas approx. 2.0 ha
- Care of cultivated areas by mulching, fertilisation, cultivation, soil cultivation, purification, thickening care on approx. 90 ha in partial areas
- Mouse control on approx. 25 plots
- Road maintenance work on farm tracks in unbound construction approx. 11.5 km
- Mass transfer for the creation/exposure of land approx. 1,500 m³
For the execution of the order the VOB/B is agreed upon. The client reserves the right to change the services according to the regulations of the VOB/B.
