PEÑA, CALBAYOG CITY, SAMAR Contract Location: SAMAR Brief : CW1 - CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE ROAD (PHYSICAL TARGET = 1.57 LANE KM.) CW2 – CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURE ALONG ROAD (PHYSICAL TARGET = 0.682 LIN. M). Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PhP 24,500,000.00 Source of Funds: GAA FY-2019 Contract Duration: 164 calendar days Cost of Bid Documents : P 25,000.00 The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this Contract in accordance with RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements: (a) Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB license for Size Range Medium A, Medium B, Large A, Large B (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC. The DPWH will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the eligibility check, preliminary examination of bids, evaluation of bids, post-qualification, and award.
