Assignments under the Framework Agreement will consist of communicating offers of consultants who can provide assistance with consultancy assignments, the development/further development of existing systems and assistance with other assignments within IT, as requested by the Contracting Authority.All tenders and communication regarding the tender contest are to be submitted through Mercell. Any user access and questions about Mercell can be directed to Mercell support on tel. 21 01 88 60.It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders. In the event that additional information from the Contracting Authority leads to you wanting to revise your tender before the tender deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline expires. The last received tender is regarded as the tender of record. Late tenders will be rejected.
