United States - 12 5611 BWC Conference

Description

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) on behalf of the Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to reserve a meeting space and rooms for their annual BWC conference. This is a single award. The Commonwealth will award a 5-year contract by low cost to the responsible and responsive bidder who meets the eligibility requirements.  The vendor will honor the bid price for the full term of the contract.All quantities are estimated. Invoices shall be emailed to RA 69180@pa.gov and to the Project Administrator. Only one invoice per email is permitted. All questions should be submitted to RA-li-OIT-BAS-Procur@Pa.gov, with the solicitation # in the subject line by COB November 15, 2024, 4:00PM.  The only questions that will be answered are the ones submitted to the email address above.  The answers to any questions will be posted as an addendum on the solicitation on E-Marketplace.
