He acquired a decade of experience as a C-level executive, including his tenure as an Executive Director at a prominent Telco Company which is listed in NASDAQ. As a Founder and Director of PROFITENCE, Subhadeep leads the practice, leveraging his profound knowledge.

He holds a master'sdegree in Commerce from India and has completed an Executive Program in M&As and Corporate Strategy from INSEAD. Furthermore, he possesses a professional CImA qualification, underscoring his competence in financial management and due diligence.

Shane Gladwin

Policy and Research Analyst, PROFITENCE

Shane is a distinguished alumnus of the University of British Columbia, where he earned his degree in Political Science and International Relations. His academic journey emphasized Southeast Asian studies, providing him with profound insights into the complex dynamics of the region, particularly in the realms of business and public policy development.

In his role at PROFITENCE, Shane is instrumental in digital economy and e-commerce projects, as well as our developing public sector and policy development consulting ventures. He has been instrumental as the project lead of two E-commerce reports, with the biggest launch event to date earlier in 2025 co-launched with the Ministry of Commerce.
