Rana Harvey

Managing Director, Monster Group

Rana graduated with a BSc Honours in Chemistry and worked as an Analytical Chemist in both private organisations and the public sector for nearly a decade. In 2007, she shifted to entrepreneurship, starting a small business from her bedroom, initially selling mannequins. This venture evolved into Monster Group, an e-commerce company with operations in the UK and the Netherlands.

Alongside her role at Monster Group, Rana is an Ambassador for Leeds University, an Entrepreneur in Residence for Connect Yorkshire, and provides insights on business conditions to the Bank of England. She also mentors entrepreneurs and maintains a strong interest in developments within Artificial Intelligence and virtual reality. Rana lives in Yorkshire with her husband and two children.
