Estelle Dingley graduated with a degree in Sales Force and Marketing in France in the mid-1990s. With experience managing customer relationships throughout the entire process, from prospecting to loyalty, she relocated to the UK and began working for a prestigious lighting company in London, where her responsibilities included international travel, prospecting new agents and distributors, and establishing new accounts. Subsequently, she joined UKTI, providing advice to SMEs and MSBs, before moving to a Kent-based business in the educational sector, where she contributed to expanding the French territory and other EU countries, as well as opening new markets in the Far East.

Jacqui Burchell

Chief Commercial Officer, British Beauty Council

Jacqui Burchell is Chief Commercial Officer of the British Beauty Council. She has worked in beauty for over 25 years, starting her career in Boots, then transitioning to manage global beauty and wellness brands across several categories. She is passionate about creating consumer driven product innovation and disruptive comms with purpose.

Head of Export Sales, Invogue

Invogue was founded in 2008 and is a leading brand in beauty accessories. Offering customers trend-led, high quality and affordable beauty accessories is key to its growth in the UK but also export, its fastest growing area. Invogue is a family-run business based in Ascot, Berkshire, with seven beauty brands and over 600 products, found in over 150 major retailers across EMEA and North America.

Invogue has been exporting since it was founded and has a wealth of experience in working with distributors, major retailers and independent retailers to maximise brand exposure, customer interaction and market share. Its main export markets are US, Scandinavia, Western Europe and Middle East with fast growth in Africa, Canada, Eastern Europe and more.

Tom’s top tip for exporting is to understand your customers’ needs and make it easy for retailers & customers. Communicating and breaking down entry barriers will build long-term relationships.

Lucy Haine

Global eCommerce and Marketplace Partnerships Lead, Department for Business and Trade

Lucy account manages marketplaces in Europe and emerging markets including Amazon. With an industry background, Lucy worked in senior leadership teams for UK High Street Retail brands including M&S, Debenhams and Monsoon Accessorize, focused on International multi-channel expansion. Lucy leads on DBT Digital commerce strategic partnerships across Europe, Africa, Central and South Asia, and Asia Pacific regions.
