Speakers

Matt Turner MBE

Founder and CEO, Creative Pod

Matt founded Creative Pod UK at the age of 21 from his bedroom with limited resources and no clients, growing it into a successful enterprise with notable achievements including co-ownership of Crawley Town Football Club.

Matt launched the hugely successful Young Start-Up Talent programme in 2011 as way of supporting young people to begin their journey as entrepreneurs. This led to the creation of over 700 businesses and 3,500 jobs over a period of ten years.

Inspired by his wife, Matt engaged deeply in charity work, supporting numerous causes and raising millions, becoming a patron and ambassador for various organisations.

Despite early financial struggles, the author’s perseverance led to international success, aided by a role as Export Champion for the Department for Business and Trade, culminating in being honoured with and MBE for services to Business and Charity at age 41.
