Elsa is a seasoned legal and business professional with 15 years of experience across in-house and law firm roles. She holds advanced degrees in business law and global business from institutions including CEPADE, Oxford University, and London Business School.

Currently Head of Legal and Company Secretary at SanlamAllianz Angola Seguros, Elsa is also a Mandela Washington Fellow and a prominent voice in women’s entrepreneurship in Africa.
