Dr. Faruk Sen is an international trade and customs executive with more than 17 years of experience in policy, compliance, and digital customs transformation. As Deputy General Manager at ÜNSPED and formerly a senior official at the Turkish Ministry of Customs and Trade, he has led major initiatives in trade facilitation, rules of origin, valuation, and post clearance audit. His doctoral work on rules of origin and emerging technologies reflects his commitment to advancing smarter and more transparent global border management systems.
