This webinar will introduce the new functionality available in the ‘Apply to export controlled goods’ (LITE) service for processing Open Individual Export Licences (OIELs). Attendees will receive a live demonstration showing how to navigate the system, including step-by-step guidance on submitting an OIEL application. There will be an opportunity to ask questions about the new features and the OIEL application process.
