Keith Jackson, MedTech Specialist
Professor Keith Jackson is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Director with over forty years of experience in MedTech, advanced manufacturing, and international trade. He has led multi award-winning medical technology companies, securing multi million pound contracts and designing, manufacturing, and exporting innovative healthcare solutions to more than 70 countries, including significant commercial success across China and Asia.
Keith advances international trade in healthcare, and is a former DBT Export Champion and Non-Executive Director of Medilink. He serves as a Non-Executive Chair and Director for high-growth SMEs, including on an international board based in Hong Kong, supporting cross-border market entry and revenue growth. A Visiting Lecturer at the London School of Economics on intercultural communication competence, he combines commercial rigour with cultural insight, and has forged multiple strategic partnerships with China, building long-term commercial success and senior-level networks across the region.
Jinzhi Hu, COO & Founding Partner, Yanzhilan Medical
Mr. Jinzhi Hu is currently the COO (Founding Partner) of Yanzhilan Medical, a leading supplier in China specialising in otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and Illumina high-throughput sequencing equipment and technology platforms for clinical applications.
In 2005, Mr. Hu began his career at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, focusing on data analysis for molecular pathology diagnostics. In 2007, he went to Sweden for further studies at Uppsala University and later worked at the Karolinska Institute.
From 2010 to 2013, he served as COO of the Overseas Business Division at BGI (Beijing Genomics Institute). In 2014, Mr. Hu returned to China and founded Yanzhilan Medical, focusing on medical instruments and equipment in the fields of otorhinolaryngology and precision medicine. He also serves as a consultant at Beijing Institute of Otorhinolaryngology of Beijing Tongren Hospital.
