Are you concerned about the new rules for selling low-value items to the US? Want to avoid the hassle of navigating complex export regulations? Join our upcoming webinar to get clear, practical guidance on the latest tariff changes and shipping requirements.
The United States remains the UK’s largest export market, accounting for 21.7% of total UK trade in the four quarters to Q3 2024. With £182.6 billion in exports, the US offers huge potential—especially for British brands, which enjoy strong recognition across the Atlantic. UK businesses can also take advantage of minimal language barriers when entering the US market.
However, recent changes to US tariff regulations, including changes to the De Minimis rules for low-value shipments which came into effect last August, have raised concerns for many exporters.
In this session we will address:
- Electronic refund process (this will impact exporters who act as Importer of Record for their US imports and file a post-entry amendment that requires a refund)
- Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Changes that will take place in July
- Regulatory changes that have taken place since the last webinar – most of these changes revolve around the IEEPA trade deals.
Whether you're new to exporting or looking to stay compliant, this webinar will equip you with the knowledge to trade with confidence.
Register now and take the stress out of shipping to the US.
