A Californian based in Europe for over 30 years, she founded International Marketing Partners and has advised over 280 organizations across 27 countries, including Accenture, Burberry, Chanel, and HSBC. Allyson is the creator of LinkedIn’s Leading International Growth program and author of the best-selling book Working with Americans.

A frequent media commentator, she has appeared on BBC’s The Apprentice, CNBC, and Sky News, and contributes to outlets such as the FT, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal. She holds an MBA from The Drucker School and is an Associate Fellow at Oxford’s Saïd Business School, delivering award-winning leadership programs for global corporations.
